Nope. You are limited to two actions a turn, but you have unlimited turns a generation until you pass.

That's only true for multiplayer games!

No, it is not true that you are limited to two actions per generation in the multiplayer game. It's exactly the same as the rules for a solo game, two actions per turn, unlimited turns a generation until you pass.
