My picks:
[o]Corporation: Tharsis Republic (40 MC; production +1 MC). Tharsis does pretty much what CSM does, but gives us a city too.
Preludes: Nitrogen Shipment, Supply Drop (45 MC, 8 steel, 3 titanium, 3 plants; production +1 plant; TR 21). We may not need any more titanium than this for Titan Air-Scrapping, as we want to move quickly to producing TR.
Projects: Subterranean Reservoir, Dirigibles, Floater Leasing, Titan Air-Scrapping (30 MC). Floater Leasing is not exciting but might help win Banker. Subterranean Reservoir is a good price for an ocean if we can pick up cards or titanium, but we won't be doing that until gen 2, so it's a gamble.
Milestones: We fairly quickly get Hoverlord and have a city toward Mayor.
Awards: Could be Banker and maybe second on Venuphile.
Gen 1: Build a free city on Pavonis Mons (33 MC, 4 titanium, 4 plants; production +1 MC). Play Titan Air-Scrapping (12 MC) and activate it (3 titanium; 2 floaters). Play Dirigibles (1 MC) and activate it on TAS (3 floaters).
Gen 2: TR 21; production +1 MC, +1 plant (23 MC, 8 steel, 3 titanium, 5 plants). Play Subterranean Reservoir (12 MC) for cards or titanium if possible. Activate floater cards (2 titanium; 6 floaters). Unless we've drawn a colony that we know is going on Titan, we should play Floater Leasing now (9 MC; production +3 MC).

First pick if drafting:
[o]Artificial Photosynthesis. Energy plus a science tag. Mayor is probably our best shot at a milestone, and it gives us board points. Just need to find some cities.[/o]
