Well, I just played a game and I didn't have the patience to keep track of everything but I'm happy to report I scored a 34!! So I know it's possible now lol.

The score to beat was 79 and I scored a whopping 113!! I scored 9, 19, 33, and 52 in the 4 seasons. I got lucky with only one ambush and it happened to land in a spot where it was already as covered as it could be so I didn't have to waste any turns surrounding the monsters. I also got lucky with the "one point for each house in the biggest cluster of houses not adjacent to a hill" scoring card and I built a cluster of 18 houses.
