The Power Bowl mechanics...Power Bowl III:
* You can use the power stored here to convert into resources (free action taken before or after your regular action) or to activate available Power Actions (a regular action) during your turn.
* Any power spent goes from here into Power Bowl I.
Power Bowl I:
* You cannot use any power stored here.
* Anytime you gain power, always first move cubes from here to Power Bowl II.
Power Bowl II:
* You cannot use the power stored here.
* If gaining power and all cubes have been moved from Power Bowl I, you move cubes from here to Power Bowl III.
* You can Sacrifice Power from this Bowl: throw away one cube from here (back into the game box), move another cube from here to Power Bowl III.
