Thanks for the responses!

So looking at the rulebook again after reading the answers here, it seems like the 2nd edition rules (Page 4) further refine the FAQ answer that you pointed out to: "After you have completed your two actions you refill your hand to five cards. If you need to draw a card and your draw deck is empty then you shuffle your discard pile to make a new draw deck."

The Home Support card rules state: "You can only draw those cards that are presently in your draw pile. If there are less
than three then you draw the remaining cards, you do not shuffle the discard pile to make a new draw deck.

So, my understanding is that you only shuffle the discard deck to make a new draw deck at the end of your turn and then only if you need to draw another card at that time to refill your hand to 5 cards. That means there could be times where you end your turn/start your next turn with nothing in the draw deck. For example, you've played a Home Support card and taken all the cards from the draw deck but still have 5 or more cards in your hand at the end of your turn. Or, the draw deck has 3 cards left in it at the end of your turn and you need 3 cards to refill your hand to 5.

Sound right?
