That's what I had hoped for. So at least it's playable without major problems until a replacement arrives.

And yes, I am very confident that I will get a replacement. I never had problems with any board game publisher when something was incomplete or damaged. Sometimes it takes one week, sometimes it takes six weeks, but it always worked. Just be friendly and precise, and don't expect unrealistic things, especially after the big autumn game fairs (like Essen Spiel) or directly after the fulfillment of huge Kickstarters.
