I was thinking about posting where I think these aspects would be earlier this week, but decided to hold off. Most of my group doesn't play these, but here is where they'd fall.
Base River would be somewhere in S tier (likely right below Travel). The power is very close to River Travel, just Travel gives you more tools to work with. Out of these aspects/sprits listed. I have the most experience with Base River.. River's power comes from Boon of Vigor + Massive Flooding.
Reach and Amorphous are somewhere in B- / High C/D tier. I consider both to be worst than Foreboding, but how worst is ??? They are forsure upgrades over base Shadows.
Base Shadows is probably the worst spirit in the game, or slightly better than Base Earth. Base Earth is pretty terrible.
Base Lightning is somewhere in B tier or high B- tier. It's gameplan is very similar to Wind, so I tend to lean on Wind being better.
