Three tiles in while playing on Arashi and drew the "Tiles cannot be placed onto planetary ice" Red Event. Due to Arashi's restriction about tiles placed on the ring must also anchor outside the ring and a depot that was uncooperative, there was no legal play.

Do we simply proceed to scoring and start a new game? At least I've got the biggest green biomass area for one of the objectives.
