I like both games but find Dune: Imperium more intuitive to play and easier to remember the rules of you don't play it often. Endless Winter has some "oh how does that work again mechanisms" both solid games though.

They are similar but different enough to have both in your collection.

Recently been loving Great Western Trail and Maracaibo which scratch a similar itch.

More hybrid games please. :-)
