Thread: Terra Mystica:: Strategy:: How to defeat Darklings ?

I find it very easy to play Darklings when there is :
- 1priest tile
- 1round tile with spade = 2
- 1round tile with dwelling = 2

My question is : if these tiles come up and somebody else takes the Darklings; which faction to play with in order to beat the Darklings ?

They have comfort on the east side of the board, so I might think of the halflings; but this would end up in a digging fight. I also think of Nomads, which could turn black spaces easily with their power…

What strategy do you suggest ?
