It makes me feel like I misread the rules, how is it possible that you can't gain reputation otherwise than going to town hall (at least if no random draw allows it)? There should be reputation paid at the start of each turn, something like that... Maybe the French rule omitted this detail???
One player started with 1 reputation, then he couldnt recover the rep at all because he lost all his fights to take the town hall. Horrible!
Felt almost like a fake board game, the kind you only find in supermarkets or given by a fast food chain! We thought this would be the board game Rudiger Dorn would make after his 12th stroke, like an Istambul from hell.
Please tell me I missed something, that you can gain rep another way !!!
