It is not clear to me.
I do understant when option 3 is chosen,wen you use it as a new section. Does it mean you can choose any top row action? And any bottom row action? Or do you copy one of the sections of your plater mat?
For example when you have Industrial, do you automatically have Upgrade as a bottom row action when you choose Bolster? Of can you choose Bolster as a top row action and Build for example as a bottom row action?
You do not choose any actions from your normal faction mat.
The encounter card has 3 options. I don't have the card in front of me, and I don't remember the specifics, but let's just call them OPTION 1, OPTION 2, and OPTION 3.
As you already understand, When you take OPTION 3 you take the card as a new action section. Now, on later turns when you place your action token on this card, you treat OPTION 1 ON THE CARD as a new "top row action" and OPTION 2 ON THE CARD as a new "bottom row" action.
Does that make it clear?
