Thats absolutely insane. In the digital age cracking open the files for a text fix is not the crazy risk it was 20 years ago.

Yeah but you can't do that without original backers then wanting the fixed version, so then you have to offer that to them too.

I mean, it is insane. You're not exactly wrong. But it's also good business sense based on how certain people would react.

With that mindset we should never have revisions or updates on retail products either and that happens all the time, do you see people complaining that game x new print got a new rulebook or fixed some errors?
It's insane to me that people protect a company from fixing errors for pure greed justifying it with "some people would get upset"

Pure Greed? Got it. AR has hardly behaved such a manner and running a simple reprint campaign is not a pure greed move. Yeesh people need to go out and touch grass.
