Is there a missprint on the game boards or a miss in the set up instructions regarding the number of locations on each game board?Some boards have 6 locations, some 7 and others 8 locations.
In a 3 player game you should have 27 number tokens and 15 tech tokens, then the players choose 1 tech each. Total token on the boards should now be 39, correct?
But if you have picked game bords with fewer locations, say two with 6 and four with 7 locations you only have 37 locations to put tokens on. Do the 2 tokens that's missing a locations just not going to be in the game??
