With as big of a role as the Gorn have played in Strange New Worlds I could very much imagine them being added. The only other major race from TOS I can think of are the Tholians, but I don't think there is enough on-screen canon information on them to support a full faction. Honestly, without SNW there wouldn't be enough for the Gorn either.
