So apparently "soon" in 14th of February means "begining of may"... for an answer that could fit in 2 sentences. great job...

I have lots of questions, and I assume I'll never get answers since your methods for months and months on all the projects I've been following consist of :
- radio silence 80% of the time
- answering "we'll tell you more soon" 19% of the time
- make a vague news item with approximate information the remaining 1% of the time.

Most of the time, the only problems I have with you are a colossal lack of communication and catastrophic management of your shipments, but in the end we still receive what we ordered (often with a considerable delay and/or catastrophic e-mail exchanges).

Except that for the French version, and I imagine it's the same for the other languages, you've been dishonest with us. I'm not afraid of the word, you've been dishonest. You sold us a game with a language pack containing the cards and the game rules. To date we've only received the cards, we finally have a hope of receiving the rules for the basic game about 8 or 9 months after receiving our game, and I think there are a lot of us who have lost all hope of ever receiving the rules for the extensions and if we do receive them, it will probably be a year and a half or even 2 years after receiving the game and its extensions. You NEVER told us that we would receive our language pack in 3 parts spaced over 2 years, you sold us a translated version of the game, and that's absolutely not what you sent us.
