Same problem here, purchased in Dubai. My trucks last 61 sec (brown) and 51 sec (gey)... If anybody in Dubai has purchased this (there are zillions in Brand For Less) and measure the sand timers and detect also a huge unbalance, I'm happy to exchange trucks for the shake of balancing as much as possible both copies.
