No, problem that I raised is not about "project" cards (but yes, then you can get there as well), but about "10 or less" versus "less than 10". Because description says "10 or less" (so 10 counts as well), but iconography uses 10 and mathematical signs "<", ">" from each side. < 10 >, so read from one side "cost is smaller than 10". When read from other side "10 is bigger than cost". Not bigger or equal to (so 10 should not count).

oh didn't think about that. Well for me those golden thing are just decoration/enclosure like for all other Awards, so Incorporator is imo the same as Celebrity (with a different value inside)

So you think it should be ten or more rather than ten or less?

no it should be what's the description of the award says, it's like for the Celebrity award from Elysium

-> it's what is indicated in the rules
of course wether it's celebrity or Incorporator (and the milestone sponsor too), they're not very clear if you never read their description. But for me it's like the wild resource, with the iconography you can't know what it is and you always need to read the text linked to it.
So same thing to do for Incorporator or Celebrity.

yes they would be better with something like 20+ instead of 20 or 10- instead of 10 or with respectively ≥ and ≤ but those symbols were i think never used even when it could be in case like Credicor, advertising, Reds Ruling bonus etc so yes i think it's just like before read the award description
