Last game, we almost ran into this. On my turn, I built dams and houses, rerouted a river, and ended up winning with 4 buildings located on rivers. But...it could have been possible for the new rivers to have gone through 4 buildings of 2 different players, on my turn. The winnning condition that relates to this in the rules simply states you can win by having 4 buildings on river spaces, and doesn't say it has to be your turn. So that's the question. Can 2 players tie for this? If so, there's no mention of ties or tiebreakers in the rules. Any input is appreciated!↧
