Thread: War of the Ring (second edition):: Rules:: Activating Rohan

My son and I are playing our first game and we've noticed that none of the fellowship characters have a Rohan activation symbol on their cards. Both Merry and Pippin have the Gondor symbol - shouldn't Merry have the Rohan symbol, or are we missing something?
