That's the reason why it's no good first round. You leave the priest spots open for your opponents including the 3 spots.

If you build the Auren SH and use it on one cult in round 1 and 2 you get 4 steps on this cult. One opponent gets 3, others get two. I don't see that this worse than maybe getting 3 while others get 2.

It's worse because there will remain 3 open slots for priests which ofzen leads to opponents specialicing on a cult they got the 3 spot and maybe one or two steps from their faction.
